I totally feel that. Honestly, I am not sure I will figure it out by the time the vaccines reach the majority of folks. The one line about uncertainty that kind of helped me was that it's not that COVID created uncertainty which is now stressing us out. It's that it removed the illusion of certainty that we had before. The world was always super uncertain but it was easier to pretend that it wasn't before COVID.
