I found myself retrospectively applying this to my own experience over the past few months, and it led me to wonder: what does it mean when a day (in your very relatable words) "just really, really sucked"? Does it mean I experienced an unusually high level of joy? A low level of anxiety? Does a high level of joy cancel out any "average" levels of anxiety? Are they mutually exclusive, or does one depend on the other in order for a day to overall have really sucked, or been really great? Something I'm going to think about, and more importantly, be more conscious of. Either way, definitely feeling inspired by this on this "Blue Monday", so thank you for that!
